When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, message, and any company name you choose to provide. We use these details to respond and resolve your request. Do not include confidential client information or payment card details in your message.
Orders and payments
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. Docstaple uses the checkout session, purchased template or bundle, payment status, and customer email to verify purchases and provide downloads. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout. See Stripe's privacy policy for its processing practices.
Free document tools
Text entered into our word count, reading time, outline, and checklist tools is processed in your browser. These tools do not send the entered document text to a writing service. Downloaded files are stored wherever you choose on your device.
Website operation
Requests to this website and its service providers may produce operational records such as requested URLs, timestamps, IP addresses, and error information. These records support delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Keep your purchase download URL private because it identifies your checkout session.
